Official Rules
1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Limit one Entry (defined below) per person and or per e-mail address.
2. The Bonjour San Antonio Flyaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) commences on February 22, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central European Time (“CET”) and ends on March 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM CET. All entries must be received by March 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM CET (the “Deadline”) to be eligible.
3. Participants can enter through any of the following Spurs channels. By completing the entry process, participants create an "Entry" and become an "Entrant" in the sweepstakes:
Website: Visit the Spurs website, navigate to the link referencing the "Bonjour San Antonio Flyaway," click the link, and complete the entry form.
Social Media: Enter via the entry link shared via designated Spurs, Les Spurs, or third-party social media channels authorized by SS&E (each, an “Influencer”).
Fan Club: Receive an email from the Spurs Fan Club containing the entry form link, and complete it.
Pop-Up Fan Shop: Visit and scan the check-in code at the Les Spurs Fan Shop Pop-Up located at 16 Rue de la Sourdiere 75001 Paris, France.
Each channel provides a direct link to the entry form that must be completed to participate.
4. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant affirmatively and expressly consents to the collection, use, storage, and processing of the information submitted in connection with entry (“Entry Information”) by San Antonio Spurs, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company, d/b/a Spurs Sports & Entertainment (“SS&E”) for purposes reasonably related to the administration of the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, internal analytics, compliance with legal obligations, and marketing and promotional communications. Entrant acknowledges that such consent is voluntary, informed, and may be withdrawn at any time by following the instructions set forth in SS&E’s Privacy Policy or applicable communications, subject to legal and operational limitations. Entry Information will be handled in accordance with the SS&E Privacy Policy, available at https://www.nba.com/privacy-policy , which describes how personal information is used and protected and outlines available rights and choices with respect to such information.
5. One Entrant (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected on March 16, 2026 (“Drawing Date”). The Grand Prize Winner, after appropriate verification, shall receive the “Grand Prize” consisting of:
a. Two (2) round trip flights from Paris to San Antonio
b. Two (2) game tickets to the Spurs game on April 12, 2026 at the Frost Bank Center.
c. Four (4) night hotel stay in San Antonio, Texas.
6. The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by telephone or e-mail on the Drawing Date, and in the event that the Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days, or cannot claim the opportunity to win the Grand Prize, or is ineligible to win the Grand Prize (including, but not limited to, providing incorrect information on the entry form, failure to provide a valid passport, or failure to provide a W-9 and Tax Identification Number), the Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner is required to possess a valid passport at the time SS&E notifies the Grand Prize Winner or they forfeit the Grand Prize. An alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected through a second random drawing within three (3) days of the original Grand Prize Winner being ruled ineligible and the alternate Grand Prize Winner will have three (3) days to meet eligibility and verification requirements and claim the Grand Prize. In the event that the alternate Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days, or cannot claim the opportunity to win the Grand Prize, or is ineligible to win the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize will be forfeited.
7. The items included in the Grand Prize are selected by SS&E in its sole discretion. SS&E reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Grand Prize.
8. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible Entries received. Any Grand Prize not claimed will be forfeited.
9. This Sweepstakes is only open to French residents eighteen (18) years of age or older living in the country of France. Employees, immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and persons affiliated with Community Arena Management, Ltd. (“CAM”), Ledger SAS, SS&E, the National Basketball Association (“NBA”) and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, are not eligible to enter or win.
10. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited. Sweepstakes and the Official Rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under Texas law.
11. By entering, Entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify SS&E and any and all of its affiliates, CAM, Ledger SAS, Bexar County, the NBA and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., any social media platform affiliated with this Sweepstakes, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, agents and owners (the "Released Parties") against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either: (i) Entrant's participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the Grand Prize awarded in the Sweepstakes.
12. The Grand Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not subject to exchange. No substitute Grand Prize will be awarded, and the Grand Prize may not be exchanged for cash. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for payment of any applicable international, federal, state and local taxes on the Prize. Approximate Retail Value of Prize is $3,500. Grand Prize consists only of items listed in these rules. Other trip incidentals cost, including, but not limited to food and beverage or ground transportation, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Location and selection of any tickets, flights, and hotel accommodations included in the Grand Prize will be chosen at the sole discretion of SS&E.
13. The Released Parties accept no responsibility for an Entrant failing to receive the Grand Prize.
14. By submitting an Entry, Entrant understands that the Released Parties shall have the right to use each Grand Prize Winner voice, name, likeness and photograph(s) for advertising and promotional purposes without further authorization, compensation, remuneration or notification except where prohibited by law.
15. All decisions as to the Sweepstakes rules and interpretations are exclusively within the sole discretion of SS&E and may be changed from time to time without notice or recourse. Grand Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and "WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND," express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
16. By submitting an Entry or accepting a Grand Prize, all Entrants release the Released Parties from any liability whatsoever and waiving any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any Grand Prize (including any type or manner of costs or damages), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or any other theory.
17. Entrants that violate the Official Rules are subject to disqualification from participation in the Sweepstakes or claiming or using the Grand Prize. Any such decision is in the sole discretion of SS&E. Each potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to execute a Release of Liability within five (5) days of attempted notification.
18. If a Grand Prize Winner is unable to claim his/her chance for a Grand Prize within the timeframe set out herein, such chance will be forfeited entirely and the Grand Prize Winner will forfeit any and all rights to the Grand Prize.
19. SS&E is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Grand Prize. In the event SS&E is prevented from continuing with this promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond SS&E’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, pandemic, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within SS&E’s control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), SS&E shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If SS&E in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, SS&E reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award a Grand Prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, in a random drawing. In no event will more Grand Prizes be awarded than those specifically listed.

Un (1) Participant (le « Gagnant du Grand Prix ») sera sélectionné au hasard le 16 mars 2026 (la « Date du tirage »). Le Gagnant du Grand Prix, après vérification appropriée, recevra le « Grand Prix » composé de :
• Deux (2) vols aller-retour de Paris à San Antonio
• Deux (2) billets pour le match des Spurs du 12 avril 2026 au Frost Bank Center
• Quatre (4) nuits d’hôtel à San Antonio, Texas
Le Gagnant du Grand Prix sera contacté par téléphone ou par e-mail à la Date du tirage. Si le Gagnant du Grand Prix ne peut être contacté dans un délai de trois (3) jours, ne peut réclamer l’opportunité de gagner le Grand Prix ou n’est pas éligible pour gagner le Grand Prix (y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, en raison de la fourniture d’informations incorrectes sur le formulaire d’inscription, de l’absence de passeport valide ou de l’absence de fourniture d’un formulaire W-9 et d’un numéro d’identification fiscale), le Gagnant du Grand Prix perdra le Grand Prix. Le Gagnant du Grand Prix doit être en possession d’un passeport valide au moment où SS&E le notifie, faute de quoi il perdra le Grand Prix. Un Gagnant du Grand Prix suppléant sera sélectionné par un second tirage au sort dans un délai de trois (3) jours suivant la déclaration d’inéligibilité du Gagnant initial. Le Gagnant suppléant disposera de trois (3) jours pour satisfaire aux exigences d’éligibilité et de vérification et réclamer le Grand Prix. Si le Gagnant suppléant ne peut être contacté, ne peut réclamer le Grand Prix ou est inéligible, le Grand Prix sera définitivement perdu.
Les éléments inclus dans le Grand Prix sont sélectionnés à la seule discrétion de SS&E. SS&E se réserve le droit de remplacer tout Grand Prix par un prix de valeur égale ou supérieure.
Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre de participations éligibles reçues. Tout Grand Prix non réclamé sera perdu.
Ce Jeu-concours est ouvert uniquement aux résidents français âgés de dix-huit (18) ans ou plus vivant en France. Les employés, les membres de leur famille immédiate (conjoints, parents, frères et sœurs et enfants) et les personnes affiliées à Community Arena Management, Ltd. (« CAM »), Ledger SAS, SS&E, la National Basketball Association (« NBA ») et ses équipes membres, NBA Properties, Inc., ainsi que leurs sociétés mères, filiales et sociétés affiliées respectives, ne sont pas éligibles pour participer ou gagner.
Les jeux-concours sont nuls là où la loi l’interdit. Le Jeu-concours et le présent Règlement officiel sont régis, interprétés et appliqués conformément au droit de l’État du Texas.
En participant, le Participant accepte de dégager de toute responsabilité et d’indemniser SS&E et l’ensemble de ses sociétés affiliées, CAM, Ledger SAS, le comté de Bexar, la NBA et ses équipes membres, NBA Properties, Inc., toute plateforme de réseaux sociaux affiliée à ce Jeu-concours, ainsi que leurs sociétés mères, filiales, sociétés affiliées, administrateurs, dirigeants, gouverneurs, employés, agents et propriétaires respectifs (les « Parties exonérées ») contre toute responsabilité, tout dommage ou toute cause d’action, quelle qu’en soit la dénomination, découlant de : (i) la participation du Participant ; ou (ii) la réception ou l’utilisation du Grand Prix attribué dans le cadre du Jeu-concours.
Le Grand Prix n’est ni remboursable, ni transférable, ni échangeable. Aucun prix de substitution ne sera attribué et le Grand Prix ne peut être échangé contre de l’argent. Le Gagnant du Grand Prix est responsable du paiement de toutes les taxes internationales, fédérales, étatiques et locales applicables au Grand Prix. La valeur approximative du Grand Prix est de 3 500 USD. Le Grand Prix se compose uniquement des éléments énumérés dans le présent règlement. En soumettant une Participation, le Participant comprend que les Parties exonérées auront le droit d’utiliser la voix, le nom, l’image et les photographies du Gagnant du Grand Prix à des fins publicitaires et promotionnelles, sans autorisation supplémentaire, compensation, rémunération ou notification, sauf si la loi l’interdit.
Toutes les décisions relatives aux règles et à l’interprétation du Jeu-concours relèvent exclusivement de la seule discrétion de SS&E et peuvent être modifiées à tout moment sans préavis ni recours. Les Grands Prix sont attribués « TELS QUELS » et « SANS AUCUNE GARANTIE », expresse ou implicite, y compris, sans limitation, toute garantie implicite de qualité marchande ou d’adéquation à un usage particulier.
En soumettant une Participation ou en acceptant un Grand Prix, tous les Participants libèrent les Parties exonérées de toute responsabilité et renoncent à toute action liée à toute réclamation, coût, blessure, perte ou dommage de quelque nature que ce soit découlant ou en lien avec cette promotion ou la livraison, la non-livraison, l’acceptation, la possession, l’utilisation ou l’impossibilité d’utiliser tout Grand Prix, quelle que soit la théorie juridique invoquée.
Les Participants qui enfreignent le présent Règlement officiel peuvent être disqualifiés, à la seule discrétion de SS&E. Chaque Gagnant potentiel peut être tenu de signer une décharge de responsabilité dans les cinq (5) jours suivant la tentative de notification.
Si un Gagnant du Grand Prix ne peut réclamer son prix dans le délai prévu, il perdra définitivement tout droit au Grand Prix.
